Hereinafter referred to as SklepHokejowy.Com - The program is intended for registered customers of SklepHokejowy.Com.
- By registering on the website and accepting the terms and conditions, the customer automatically participates in the loyalty program.
- Customers participating in the loyalty program earn points for posting on SklepHokejowy.Com:
- Product ratings (0.50 POINTS)
- Product reviews (1.00 POINT)
- Adding a photo to a review (0.50 POINTS)
- Points are collected on the customer's account created in SklepHokejowy.Com.
- Points for posting ratings, reviews, and photos can only be earned when they are confirmed by a purchase.
- Accumulated points can be exchanged for a one-time discount.
- A one-time 5% discount on future purchases is awarded for reaching 20 POINTS.
- Points are not exchanged for cash or items available in the store.
- Information about discounts is available on the website when placing an order after logging in.
- The discount becomes available after reaching the required number of points.
- Points are credited within 48 hours after submitting a rating or review.
- If a customer has points on multiple accounts on SklepHokejowy.Com, their points do not accumulate.
- The discount is applied to the value of items in the shopping cart.
- Discounts obtained in the loyalty program do not combine with other discount codes provided by SklepHokejowy.Com.
- Orders in the loyalty program apply to retail customers, not businesses. We issue receipts and individual invoices for orders fulfilled within the loyalty program, and we do not issue VAT invoices.
- SklepHokejowy.Com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and to terminate the program without specifying the reasons for its suspension. Additionally, the store will inform program participants using appropriate means of communication.
